1. Can I extend my Party Time?

Advanced notice is needed.

2. Can I have more then 15 kids at our Party?

All of our party packages are based on the total head count.

3. Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Food and drinks are allowed and vary on the party package.

4. Can I hire vendors to come in to Imagination City?

Imagination City works with approved vendors, at the time of booking please inquire about our vendors.

5. What does Imagination City provide for Parties or Events?

We take of setting up the party for you so that you don't have to lift a finger.  We ask that you bring us the decorations before the weekend of your party.  Any decorations that need to be put together or blown up should be done ahead of dropping them off.

6. What type of decorations can I bring?

We suggest light party decorations, for example: banner, favors, table cloths, balloons.

7. How early can I arrive before my party?

You may arrive no more then 15 minutes before your party start time.

8. How many party attendants will my party have?

You will have 2attendents assigned to set up decorations and there will be at least one attendant at the time of your part.

9. What will my party attendants help with?

Party attendants will set up the party room, manage the party time and take care of all the cleanup.

10. Are my guests allowed to eat while we are on the play floor?

No, we do not allow food or drinks on our play floor due to the health and safety of all our guests.

11. Can I stick decorations on the wall of the party area?

Yes, you may tape banners and decorations using ONLY painters tape or washi tape.

12. What are your cancellation policies regarding parties?

- Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to your party will be allowed to reschedule the party within 2 months.
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to your party will be charged 50%.
- Cancellations made 72 hours prior to your party will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
- All deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable.

1. How does open play work?

Open Play while at Imagination City is to be parent/caretaker supervised at all times. All children and adults must wear socks.

2. Can I just keep my shoes on if I plan to stay at the tables?

Sorry, all adults entering the play space will need to wear socks and be available to help their kids since they are responsible for them. We do have basic socks and cool socks for sale in case you forget them.

3. Do you have stroller parking?

We have a small designated area in the Play Space for strollers.

4. Can I just drop off my child, and pick them up in a few hours?

No, Imagination City is designed for adults and children to learn and play together. Children must be accompanied by someone at least 18 years old.

5. Are we allowed to bring food?

Yes, snacks only please. We do have accommodations for eating in the snack area (all food and drinks must stay in the designated snack area). Please note: WE ARE A NUT FREE FACILITY.

6. Can I leave and come back in?

You pay for your time ahead of time.  Once you leave your time is considered up.

7. What is your security policy?

Your family’s safety and security are our highest priorities. All children must be accompanied by an adult on the exhibit floor.  Remember to have fun with and supervise your children.

8. What is your sanitation policy?

Our staff works hard to keep our space as healthy and safe as possible. We are dedicated to doing our part in keeping the facility clean and sanitized for our families. All buildings/surface areas are thoroughly wiped down at the end of each day, toys and tools are hand washed or wiped down throughout the day and all costumes are washed twice a week.

9. How often are toys cleaned?

Our toys are cleaned all day long, every day by our staff. There are bins placed throughout the facility; if you know your child had a particular item in his/her mouth, please place it in our bins so our staff can wipe them down before returning them back on the floor.

10. Do you offer classes?

Not at this time but this may vary.  To stay up to date on what is going on I suggest that you follow @myimaginationcity on Instagram or Facebook.

11. Do you have an area for breastfeeding?

We do not have a specific 'breastfeeding area', but breastfeeding is welcome in any area of our play space.

12. Does Imagination City have free WiFi?

Yes.
